Shipping Policy

Although we do our best to expedite orders to arrive during the holidays, we can't guarantee that orders placed on or after November 28th will arrive before the 25th of December. Thank you for understanding!

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Art of Textile offers flat-rate shipping of on all domestic orders within the U.S.

Refer to your individual shipping notification for tracking information and delivery estimates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped using our preferred International Carrier. Delivery estimates vary depending on the final destination. Please refer to the automatic shipping notification specific to your order for tracking information and delivery estimates.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY: Most artworks leave our Maryland studio within 5 business days after an order has been placed, but we ask that you please allow up to 9 business days before contacting customer support. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Art of Textile is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less time to be delivered, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
